Why eat eggs from the store if you can grow your own?

…because keeping chickens is a lot of work… but judging by the amount of eggs we eat, totally worth it!

We just adopted these 6 baby chicks. Not sure what breed these ladies are yet, but it looks like we’ll enjoy a variety of egg colors!

Do you have chickens, or know anyone who has had some? I have no idea what I’m doing, so give me any advice you’ve got!
