Inspiration for the City of Peace

Artwork by PeterPrimeLet’s face it: the spiritual realm of kai’lani is a weird place. But what’s cooler than floating islands?

The City of Peace is the center of the creator Aeo’s domain. Its ethereal walls, created by the deep magic of the archangel Kohesh’s bow, surround the City safeguard his people.

Above the City are dozens of floating islands, kept afloat by the dense concentration of Aeo’s aether above his temple. This artwork is how I see them in my mind, except the sky in kai’lani isn’t blue. ‘Kai’lani’ means ‘sky of fire’ in the Ancient language, after all. The sky tends to be pink with fiery auroras that never die.

Now, if only I could find a way to book my next vacation there…
